Concealed Weapon Permits-I believe in The Second Amendment of the Constitution. A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a Free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
I believe that if you have not been convicted of a felony or domestic violence charge you have the right to obtain a concealed weapon permit from the Sheriff of Elko County.
