Nevada, a Sovereign State?
Internal Investigation- We need to create a fair and adequate investigation team to look into citizen complaints. The team must evaluate each complaint on an individual basis, but must be consistent with its findings. I will consider two members from staff, two members from the Sheriff's union and a non bias party. I believe a policy manual should be in place to assure compliance from both the deputies and citizens.
